Fun little things
Well in primary at church we use a ton of magnets and they were in this sad looking pill bottle (???? weird) Anyway, I just had to make something cute to put them in so I found this tiny little paper mache box and decided to make it fabulous. By the way the box is only about 3 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches. I used the cute new kit by Meredith Cardall called "Little Miss Allie" at ES. I also used the alpha Miss Betty by Fee Jardine. I mod podged it all on and added some ribbon and bling.
Crazy Week
Well I haven't had a chance to post lately because it has been super busy. My kids are off track so they are home and I also had to substitute this week. I am trying to get all the rest of my scrapbook product ready to sell at the crop on Saturday too. I hope to get rid of it ALL.(so sick of seeing it in my basement and thinking of the money that could be in my pocket instead) I have been super busy getting things done for the songs in Primary too. I am trying to create new fun ways to sing the songs so they learn without realizing it. I made some flower picks for next month (March) in primary. I used the new kit "Beautiful World" from Krystal Hartley to created the centers of the flowers. This kit is so bright and colorful I will use it over and over again (LOVE IT!)

It is Saturday Jan. 31st from 10am to 10pm. I will be helping out with a booth with the last bits of my scrapbook products and I will also be bringing another friends kits from her new business A Page 4 All Seasons. Which are pre-made and pre-cut designer pages. Check out her site.
I have been working on a few projects but can't post quite yet.

Krystal is moving on!
One of my fabulous designers is leaving her Faith Sisters shop so if you want any of her stuff you better go grab it before it's gone. She is retiring her exclusive kits from FS so run don't walk to get them (Only 2 days left). She will now be selling at FPD and Scrap Orchard. Click HERE to check it out.
No Mojo
Well I have been in a creative slump for a little while. I just don't feel creative and when I do something I just think it stinks compared with all the gorgeousness around me. I have been slacking on my hybrid projects for my Creative Teams and I feel really bad. Maybe if I finally put away my Christmas stuff piled in my dining room and get a good clean up I will feel refreshed. Only problem is I hate cleaning. HA HA! But I do have something to look forward to- we are redoing my boys rooms. We went to IKEA and bought new comforters and the transformation has begun. Now they have decided on the colors. Josh has lime green and turquoise and Nick has red, black and white. We moved Nick into the guest room that has been his partial room for a while with his dresser in there even though he still slept in the room with Josh in the bunk beds. Both boys are on the U of U kick (if you didn't know Utah University has an awesome football team) and of course their cousin just got a whole room painted RED and they want to be like him. But I only agreed to one wall getting the red treatment. I love painting and transforming bedrooms. Specially with bright, fun colors. Needless to say I don't have any white walls in my house. So maybe going to the hardware store and buying paint will snap me out of this.(hands slapping face back and forth) My kids are only in school for two more weeks and then they are off track for 3 weeks so we will have a good chunk of time to get all the redecorating done.

Chilly delights
I am in a card group and I always wait until the last moment to make my cards. So Here they are. I decided to make some Creamsicle and Fudgesicle all occation cards. I just used cardstock on hand and my Cricut to cut them out. I sanded the edges and added a flower and brad to each one. Cut off the bottom part and put real popsicle sticks on with mini glue dots. I then tied with coordinating ribbon and put it all on a folded piece of white cardstock(with glue dots too). If you make these just make sure the sticks are in far enough so the card will fit in an envelope. I made some of these last year with bright colored cardstock for popsicles. Easy and fun.

Snowbunnies
Well I finally used some of the photos I took when my kids went sledding. I used one of Sydney and her friend Taylor. I used the new kit by Meredith Cardall called "Snowy Day" at 3 Scrapateers. I used all her papers and elements except the cute cartoony frame which is from Krystal Hartley's new kit "Puppy Love" at Scrap Orchard.

Bringing Down the House
Well Nicky has been chomping at the bit to eat the gingerbread house and since we usually do it on New Years day (we forgot) I let them at it today. I had to take some pics of this fun yearly event. Then I made a layout using the cute new kit by Krystal Hartley called "Puppy Love". I also used a freebie collage frame from Piggy Scraps design (check IKEAgodess freebies-one of my favorites)
