Mini Vacation of some sort!
Well we just had a quick trip to California this weekend. We left at about noon on Friday and drove all the way to Temecula California (south of LA and north of San Diego) My husband had some 4 wheelers he was buying so we went to pick them up and make a mini vacation out of it. We got to go to the beach for a couple of hours to let the kids play. It was about 80 degrees but the water was cold - the kids didn't mind and had a great time collecting shells and rocks. Then we packed up the 4 wheelers and started for home. Since the kids watched movies all the way down and home they were really well behaved. We weren't sure if we wanted to stay in Vegas or St. George on the way home. While driving home the kids fell asleep and we decided we would try to just drive the rest of the way home so we didn't have to waste more money on a hotel. Both Matt and I got hopped up on energy drinks and headed home. I had to stay awake and talk to Matt so he stayed awake to drive. I got a little loopy and started jabbering- Matt said sometimes I didn't make much sense but it kept him awake. LOL Well we pulled into our driveway about 5:30 AM this morning and just got everyone in bed and crashed. I slept for a while and now I'm just unpacking and getting things back in order for the school week to start again tomorrow. Next vacation will be a little less driving and a little more vacation. I hope!

Teaching and working
Well I'm teaching school a few days this week and then on Friday I will be working at "A Page 4 All Seasons" booth at Scrapbook USA in Sandy, UT. So if you are there before 3:00 pm you can come see me there. I'll get to find out if any of my kits actually sell. Plus then I get the chance to wander around and try not to buy anything else(I surely don't need any more stuff)

Thanks 4 it all.
Well my card swap group is tomorrow and I decided to get them done a day early-imagine that! Anyway my assignment was a thank you card. So here's what I did. Nothing fancy (just done ***yea***) I will not be signing up for the card group again- too much going on specially going forward. Both boys are starting soccer next month and my hubby has gotten on a 4 wheeler bug and bought 3 of them this last week. Now the kids are getting hyped to go find a fun place to ride. They will have to wait a little bit more since it snowed about 4-6 inches yesterday. Most of it has melted but the trails would be muddy (don't want to deal with that yet) Still not in the creative mood yet so no scrapping or crafting for ya.

Real Life
Well I went to a meeting yesterday for A Page 4 all Seasons and I finally met Meredith whom I am a creative team member for. She creates the greatest digital scrapbooking designs and it was so nice to meet the person behind the avatar on the computer. She is even cuter than her picture and sweet as can be. I'm excited to be able to work with her. Be on the lookout for some hybrid projects from me in the next couple of weeks.
Nuttin New for You
Well I just haven't been in the mood for blogging, scrapbooking, cleaning the house or much of anything lately. I even went on a scrapbook weekend last week and didn't take pages to scrap. Just took some predesigned mini books and kits (no thinking required) I will take some pics of the items I made when I get over this funky feeling. I did clean out my office piled high with paper and junk. It was my daughters birthday and we went to dinner with Grandmas and Grandpa. Golden Corral is always a hit. Then tomorrow is the big 11 yr old bowling party and sleep over.
Well off to hit the treadmill and do some more dejunking. Oh so exciting!
